Does the word “weary” ever describe your life? Do you ever feel like you have reached the end of your rope? Has 2019 left you utterly exhausted?
For many of us, the pace of life, the busyness of living can seem to take its toll. What we yearn for is some respite, some rest from the grind of it all. This is one reason why holidays at this time of the year are so welcomed.
As another year draws to an end, the transition to the new year brings with it the usual resolutions, goal setting, and plans for what might lie ahead. Perhaps, one of your biggest goals for 2020 is to find some rest from weariness.
Join us this Sunday evening as we study from God’s word and learn of the rest we have and enjoy in Jesus. Let’s commence 2020 with the refreshment that God provides for us!
See you this Sunday the 29th of December from 6 p.m. for worship and this study from Matthew 11.
