Wednesday 7:00pmThe Church gathers to pray

For your diary and for prayer To all who serve in any capacity each Sunday here at CCSH, we pray that your first step in serving would be to pray together with those serving alongside you. If you have a heart for children’s ministry, and able to have faithful commitment as well, please see Ps Keith or Helen after today’s service. We have a position we are seeking to fill with the right person. Sheldon Loader will be at the information desk today to answer any questions in relation to our Youth Ministry here at CCSH.

From the Pastor’s Desk – I have watched Mel Gibson’s movie “The Passion of the Christ” many times. But this year as I went to watch it again, I found myself unable to view many scenes. Jesus arrest in the Garden of Gethsemane, the cruel trial, His being whipped and much more. I could not disconnect from who Jesus was to me. He is my personal Saviour, He is my Lord. What had changed? I am unable to explain fully but I was overwhelmed with Christ’s true love for me and what He really did for me. For I know even more now that Jesus came into this world to save me! In the time we now live, I am so looking forward to His coming again even more now than I ever did before. Because I am aware even more now His great love for me. It is amazing! Have a blessed Easter and know that Jesus loves you!

Israel Tour January 7h 2020 – Calvary Chapel Secret Harbour along with CC Albany and CC Esperance are heading to Israel! Still time to put your name down for the trip of your life. To walk where Jesus walked and to see the Bible become alive before your very eyes. Sign up at the information booth. Make this trip a matter of prayer. “It’s better than a year in seminary!” Ps Chuck Smith.
