In the book of Revelation, Jesus addresses seven churches revealing His heart towards them. This Sunday evening, we will study in Rev 2:8-11 the words that Jesus spoke to the church in Smyrna.
This was a church that was experiencing heavy pressure as a consequence of persecution due to their allegiance to Christ. They knew what it meant to be faithful to Jesus – for some; this meant death. Jesus offers them His victorious self as the hope they need to continue.
Join us this Sunday evening from 6.00 p.m. as we study from God’s word and learn of the message to the Church today that Christ speaks to the church of Smyrna.
